Welcome to the Challenge Parents Association (CPA) website. The CPA is the parent group for the Highly Capable Programs in the Edmonds School District, which includes the Challenge Program at Terrace Park School and the Highly Capable Program at Brier Terrace Middle School. If you are a parent of a student in one of these programs, you are automatically a member.
